In our yoga practice today, pretended to be animals - a bunny, a dog, a cat, and a donkey. Then we went to a forest and became seeds in the ground that grew while the wind, rain, and sun beat down on them.
Finally, they grew into big, strong trees.
Next we crossed a river in a (partner) boat.
Relaxation is important after a yoga practice. It's a time to give the body and your nervous system time to assimilate changes in your body. Our bodies are happy to do this! NAMASTE.
