Happy Mother's Day!

We want to wish all the special mother's in the Rainey Room a very happy Mother's Day! The children were absolutely thrilled to bring their gifts home today and we couldn't be happier to be a part of this gift-giving experience. It always warms our hearts to see how the children express their love and gratitude, all in various ways, and they each put their hearts and hard work into making these special gifts for you. From start to finish- from crafting with clay, to wrapping the bags, the children had you all in their hearts and in their minds! 

Preparing for our Parent Night Next Week

We began to prepare our giant map for our parent night next week. We told the children that you are all coming to find out what we have been up to in the Rainey Room. And so the children came over one at a time to the studio to share their additions to the map. We made edits, corrections, clarifications, and got ourselves in order to share our work. We don't want any specific spoiler alerts so let's just say, join us next Thursday night for more specific details on what we've been up to during this collaborative experience! 

Mindful Moments & Relaxation Time

After snack today the children enjoyed a little wind-down session, complete with gentle music and cuddles.
​The children really enjoy these moments to lay together as a group and enjoy some peace and quiet.

No school tomorrow for the children as we prepare for the parent night and portfolio reviews...
