It's Wednesday! The day when a new group of children charge through the door, ready to experience the Brown Room all over again. But wait! They noticed some changes: a magnetic sign-in board to show who is at school and who is at home today, new dramatic play furniture, and Michelle Brydges! Kate is out sick today, so Michelle, a former parent and current member of board, stepped in to work with Jill.
Our experienced travelers know that an important part of an airport is the control tower. Many hands were needed to begin construction. Like all builders, the children had to come to an agreement about how the tower would look and solve a multitude of problems along the way. Finally, airplane play could begin with toys and the children themselves. But, at the end of the day, even the pilot has to go home to wash the dishes.
