Traces of Reggio in Small World
A Neighborhood WalkWhile we were in Reggio Emilia, we noticed with that the life of the city served as inspiration for the work of the children. We wanted to resume getting out into our neighborhood and today we walked through Georgetown. Luke had suggested checking out the big green chair on the Duke Ellington campus, so that was our first stop. On the return to school, we passed a fire station and had a chance to play at Volta Park. Many thanks to Alicia who accompanied us on our trip! Cherry Blossoms are continued to show up in our work with materials and table setting! Have a wonderful weekend!
