An Announcement!

After months of thinking, talking, and negotiating, we have a new name for KW:  
Children's Workshop!

Along the way children and families shared so many ideas, both practical and fanciful.  It became evident that people liked the word "workshop," as it reflects the many experiences that are available in the program.  Recently, our choices were "Afternoon Workshop" or "Children's Workshop."   There was some debate, but it was ultimately decided that putting  children into the name of the program made sense for our school.

Outdoor Ice!

We had extended outdoor time today and brought out ice to keep things cool!  

Cape - I'm making it sandy like a sand castle.

Bailee enjoyed making the ice dirty and then cleaning it off.
