How to Fold a Paper Airplane

After extensive practice, our friends in KW would like to teach everyone reading how to make their own paper airplanes. We had so much fun making and throwing them that would like to share our knowledge with you.

Step 1.

Giacomo: "First, fold in half."
Lochie: "Nice, strong crease. Then unfold it."

​Step 2.

Janie: "Fold the corners."
Jordan: "Where?"
Jack: "Into the middle!"

​Step 3.

"Giacomo: Take the two sides we folded down, then we fold like we are making a half house book."

Step 4:

"Giacomo: We are making the wings."
Lochie: "Then unfold it, then take the middle of one side and fold it into the middle this way. Then do the other side, backwards this time."

The most important part: decorate

But now that we've made them, how do they fly? Are there ways we can make the planes fly further? What changes or improvements can we make? Tomorrow we will test our planes and measure how far they fly!
