Counting, Graphing, Adding, Subtracting...Last week, children worked on a graph to indicate which words were popping up most frequently for use in a new name for KW. One problem was quickly identified. We had used a series of circles to indicate the number, but the circles were not all the same size. Therefore, it wasn't easy to "read" which word was used the most. We improved the graph this week by using units of equal size.... unified blocks.
We hope to see you Friday morning as we share the process of the KW name change!
Children also continued working on paintings and weavings.
