A New Experience for our Last Day!

Based on the children's enthusiasm for paper sculpture, we tried our hand at quilling today.  Quilling involves tightly rolling narrow strips of paper and forming designs with them.  Check to our early attempts!

Farewell to Jordan!

We couldn't let Jordan go without giving him some sort of remembrance of our year.  What could be better than his own guardian?  A Harry Potter-inspired guardian at that!  Children from both the Rainey and Tucker KW groups worked on it.  They thought the  guardian would help protect Tristan and Jordan's dog, Freya!

This and that....

•  We had fun outside, before the rain!
• Many children chose to work on collage today.
• Some children completed one final message.
• We built with our tiny lights, which looked great on this gloomy afternoon!
• We didn't do puzzles today, but finished strong with one last game of High Card!
