Giving Thanks Together: Thanksgiving FeastWhether through bringing in and chopping vegetables, creating beautiful centerpieces for the tables, cooking the soup, attending chapel, or eventually enjoying the feast, we do so together as a community. What better way to celebrate and give thanks, then by being together? Children begin preparations for the feast by creating centerpieces to be used on the tables...Families donate vegetables and family members work with children to chop vegetables for the soup:Soup Day! Parent volunteers cook the soup with help from the children who take turns stirring the soup:Classrooms and family volunteers set up Blake Hall for the festivities......including, of course, the beautiful and carefully prepared centerpieces:Let the celebrations begin: Thanksgiving Chapel!Let us Feast on Soup and Muffins!Finishing our time together with a sing-along!Thank you to everyone who took part in making this tradition wonderful again this year!
