Today we celebrated Lane's school birthday! Her actual birthday is tomorrow. Lane's mom and grandmother, Lulu, joined via Zoom. Lane noticed that Lulu put on some lipstick so she could be fancy for the celebration.
Lane walked around the candle 5 times and snuffed it. We sang her Happy Birthday and then she opened her gift which was made by Pod B. They included a lot of Carolina blue and pink as well as a mermaid made out of sculpey. At snack the children enjoyed some brownies. Lane commented, "Whole Foods has the best brownies." HAPPY BIRTHDAY LANE!
