HUG!

What a cheerful and love filled Friday! We were a cozy little Brown Room nest today with five children. We missed Cedar, Jack, Lucia (joining November 20th), Lochie, and Reed. We did have some additional friends join today too. Lily and Hugh,  from last year's Tucker Room, met us in the outdoor classroom in the morning.

After we got settled, we invited Hugh to bring out his family dog, Nora. Soon it got chilly so we returned to the classroom, only to go back out for a fire drill. "That bell in the hall is loud," said Giacomo. We had snack, watched some DACA protestors through the window, made clay decorations for beneath our photos, worked on Lochie's birthday gift, and ended with a dance party to the "oldies," but goodies.
