Adding to our Silhouettes 

How good it is to be back in the classroom! Thank you to everyone who joined us on zoom this past week! We had a wonderful time exploring the sun and the moon through our pastel drawings.

Today we continued again with our exploration of silhouettes, but this time children had the opportunity to create their own characters. Some chose to trace or design theirs on the ones from families, others made designs based on shapes in the classroom and some decided the best technique was just to freehand. Today we added castles, hands and even a 3D spiral to our silhouettes collection!
