Water Inspired Collages

​Making water themed and inspired collages that portray homes for the Angler fish, the Loch Ness monster, and even a whale or other animal life to live, like orcas, fish, crabs, and coral. This work emerged from the idea of a bridge in our "tree world" that provided a safe crossing above the reach of the Angler fish. 

We began this work yesterday by mixing paints and painting our collage bases:

Thank you, Sylvie, for bringing in a physical representation of the bridge we talked about--the Golden Gate Bridge.
Also Giacomo provided a lot of technical and instructional information today that will also help to start and propel our work forward.
