Planting Our Flowers

Which two flowers do you want to plant?

MAXON - LUPINE & COSMOS
JANE - COSMOS & CAPE DAISY

What do you know about flowers?

"I have that book." -Audrey (Planting A Rainbow)

Maxon: I know we put dirt in first.
Cedar: But if you give them too much water them will die. Just a little bit...
Maxon: If you give them a little bit of water they won't die, right guys? ... If you give them a little bit of water everyday the sun comes out.
Jane: If you give a little bit of water everyday they will grow. I have two watering cans at home!
Lucia: We need the seeds.
Jane: Seeds to grow the flowers.

Maxon: Those are sunflowers.
Lucia: No they're daffodils.
Jane: That one (vase of flowers pictured at right) doesn't have any dirt in there. It's apples in there!
Lucia: They're bulbs.
Maxon: Those are the roots.
Lucia: They (the roots) hold the tree up, they hold the flowers up.
Jane: But there's no dirt.
Maxon: But they need water in there to grow. It has lots of water.
