Continuing with Our Work on a Visual Flow of the Day

Getting back to our work for a visual representation of morning meeting

We started a morning meeting drawing for our visual flow of the day, and so, we aim to finish what we start. Today we did it. Following Lou Lou's initial morning meeting illustration, Will and Eliza participated in drawing additional  morning meeting illustrations, for a total of three drawings. Each of the three drawings serves  to represent one of our three class schedules (M&T, W, TH&F).

Lou Lou adds additional people to her morning meeting drawing to more closely represent our 10 person class size plus Elyse and Melanie.

What will you draw for morning meeting, Eliza? "A big circle," Eliza replied. Below is another morning meeting drawing, by Eliza. Will and Lillian contributed to the work by stamping the Wednesday children's symbols.

​Will shared and demonstrated his knowledge of the symbols today as he reached for specifically requested symbols and  supported Lillian, who was also interested in helping stamp symbols around the morning meeting rug.

                    Backwards Day with Caroline!

Caroline joined us (again) for backwards day! We hope to see her on the next two Friday mornings spent outside,  before her official start on Pajama Day. (What pajamas will you where?)
