Tuesday, December 12thHappy Birthday to our friend, Eloise! Today we celebrated our friend Eloise's third birthday. Last week, Elizabeth, William and Isa worked together as members of the birthday committee to create a birthday weaving and message for the birthday gift. Eloise shared with us that she likes not one, but two different colors - purple and pink! Both wire (a material recently introduced in the Brown Room) and different types of paper were incorporated into Eloise's birthday weaving. Using chicken wire as the loom, the children wove different types of purple and pink paper strips to create the gift.
